Lisa Jones

I am a positive psychology and NLP practitioner and coach. I usually work with professionals who wish to work on personal and/or professional changes and challenges. I use my professional knowledge and creativity to facilitate the coachee in developing a deeper awareness and understanding of their values, strengths and personal identity, and support them to build psychological resources and skills to move positively forward in their chosen pathway.

The coaching techniques are informed by empirical research and practices, underpinned by my ongoing research (Ph.D.) into complexity and psychological wellbeing of aloneness in midlife adults. The Ph.D. research will result in a coaching intervention which will support midlife adults in their life transitions and psychological wellbeing.

I am also a part-time Associate Lecturer of positive psychology (MAPP) at BNU supporting students in their positive psychology learning.
