Stefan Krok-Paszkowski

Stefan Krok-Paszkowski, MSc, BA (Hons), PMPPG, is a distinguished education and healthcare leader currently positioned with the NHS and partner medical universities. Holding a MAPP degree, Stefan is particularly interested in adult psychological development, the interplay between the subconscious and conscious mind, resilience, and strength. 

As an accredited MBTI Facilitator, Stefan excels in delivering workshops and coaching, applying his skills in strategic development, education management, and personnel management. His expertise extends to advanced Microsoft Office, project management, recruitment, bid writing, procurement, financial responsibility, office administration, course development, change management, and healthcare management. Stefan’s political involvement includes participation in election campaigns and serving on the Board of Governors.

In his current role as Strategic Lead for Medical and Dental Education at Frimley NHSFT, Stefan oversees the strategic direction of medical education across three hospitals, managing over 1500 doctors and 500 medical students. Previously, he served as Medical Education Manager at Hillingdon Hospital, handling undergraduate, postgraduate, simulation, and library services for over 500 doctors and students.

Stefan’s academic achievements include an MSc in Applied Positive Psychology with distinction from Bucks New University and a BA (Hons) in History from the University of Kent. Stefan is a Myers-Briggs Type Indicator ENTJ.
