Bio
I am a Humanistic Counsellor and Positive Psychology Coaching Practitioner. My ongoing work and research explores how narrative coaching, strengths-based practice, and identity stories might support more accessible and affirming therapeutic work for Autistic and ADHD adults – adults like myself. Curiosity, gratitude, and love of learning guide my practice. I believe our stories shape us – with an emphasis in my work around listening to my clients’ stories and inviting them to be the author.
