Bio
As a ‘coach’ my work has evolved over time as I have realised that sport and being in the mountains are simply a vehicle for greater wellbeing – physical, mental, and emotional. So in a sense my coaching is all about improving people’s ‘quality of life’ through my work as an author, mental skills coach, alpine skiing coach, teacher, and speaker.
