Bio
Kath’s headline strengths are spirituality, gratitude and curiosity. She has worked in the careers sector for 30 years and is registered with the Career Development Institute and Positive Psychology Guild. She runs her own careers consultancy, supporting a neurodiverse caseload of young people and adults with career planning and job seeking, and supporting employers with neurodiverse teams on leadership and retention. Kath’s area of research is in how hope can nurture character strengths.
