I’m a neurodiverse trainer and Level 5 autism researcher passionate about neurodiversity and positive psychology. Being neurodiverse myself, I bring lived experience and deep empathy to my work. I empower others to embrace their strengths, overcome barriers, and achieve their goals through inclusive, strengths-based approaches. My mission is to shift mindsets, celebrate difference, and help every individual thrive on their own terms.
