Matt started working in Health and Social Care over thirty years ago supporting people to move out of long stay institutions enabling them to live within the local and wider community. Staying in Health and Social Care, over the years Matt has worked in a range of Senior Management and Operational Positions and currently works as Head of Positive Behaviour Support/Well-Being & Reducing Restrictive Practices Lead for a national charity alongside tutoring for BILD & the RRN.
