Stefan Krok-Paszkowski’s career seamlessly blends a passion for medical education with a deep commitment to positive psychology. After a formative stint in the military, Stefan dedicated over 15 years to Hillingdon Hospital, where he ascended to the role of Medical Education Manager. His journey then led him to a pivotal position at Frimley Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, where he currently serves as the Strategic Lead for Medical and Dental Education.
Holding a Master’s degree in Applied Positive Psychology (with distinction) from BNU, Stefan’s expertise centres on adult psychological development, resilience, and the ethical application of Artificial Intelligence in research. His academic accomplishments are complemented by his role as an accredited MBTI Facilitator, where he leverages his insights to offer transformative leadership, resilience, and communication workshops for doctors and staff within the NHS.
Stefan’s approach is deeply rooted in his belief in continuous personal and professional growth, underscoring the importance of resilience and ethical leadership in the healthcare sector.
